  • Establishing an Israeli bank ‘trust account’ for clients without local bank access, enabling payment for the property purchase, taxes, and expenses.
  • Providing an explanation to the client as to key details of the contract before signing.
  • Facilitating the client's signature on a sales agreement in Israel or signing on their behalf through a consular 'power of attorney' previously granted.
  • Managing consideration payments according to the contract provisions.
  • Preparing and submitting a report to the Tax Authority on behalf of the client in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Making payments to the tax authority from a trust account and obtaining purchase tax approval. 
  • Facilitating the transfer of possession of a property and acquiring accompanying documents necessary for the transfer of rights at the Land Registry Office.
  • Handling the transfer of rights at the Land Registry Office and registering the property in the name of the customer/buyer.
